Here’s a fitness tip from our Fitness and Activities Manager, Donovan Almond:

Fall is a great time to get outdoors and get active.  One fun way to appreciate the changing seasons is to join a friend or two for a light walk around your neighborhood right after eating lunch. This reduces extra calories from storing as fat and will instead move them towards muscles!
