BIG BIG thank you to Chef John Besh, my former boss and the biggest thing going in NOLA (owner of five?  six?  restaurants and counting) for telling the Food Network that our Steak Frites is “The Best Thing I Ever Ate“!

    Recently my husband and I had lunch at Sol Bar. It was a fantastic dining experience. I so enjoyed the Chilled Corn Soup and was wondering if you would share the recipe as living in Philadelphia makes it impossible to dine frequently at your restaurant.
