Join Food Arts Senior Editor Jim Poris with an impressive lineup of industry professionals discussing film, food and wine.   Saturday’s panel follows with an equally rousing talent lineup with Christopher Kostow, Meadowood; Matthew Accarrino,SPQR; Laurence Jossel, Nopa; Brandon Sharp, Solage; Brad Farmerie, The Thomas.  Napa Valley and Bay Area chefs join to discuss sourcing and the care taken to seek out the best of the best ingredients. Food Arts’ final panel on Sunday will feature Napa Valley’s ‘Women in Wine;’ panelists TDA.

November 16th – Flavor!NapaValley: Napa Valley Appellation Trail

As you stroll through the Culinary Institute of America’s historic Greystone building in St. Helena – formerly the storied Christian Brothers Winery – you’ll encounter more than 100 wineries pouring everything from Albariño to Zinfandel. Along the “trail” will be savories and delectables from over two-dozen of Napa Valley’s terrific restaurants including Solbar Executive Chef, Brandon Sharp. We think you’ll love this trail of flavorful adventure!

November 22 – Thanksgiving Day Dinner

Gather with friends and family at Solbar for a memorable feast that includes a delicious four-course menu.  Seatings from 3:00 to 8:00 pm. $65 per person. Reservations required; 707.226.0850.  View the menu.

Friday, November 23 – Turkey Trot

Get moving. Our Turkey Trot starts at 10:00 a.m. Gather at Spa Solage Reception entrance.

November 25 – HOLIDAY HAYRIDE

Get in the holiday spirit with an old-fashioned hayride. Complimentary treats and beverages provided. Rides begin at Guest Reception from noon to 2:00 p.m.
